Are your sweets suitable for special dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?

Yes! All of our products are vegan, gluten-free, and contain no artificial sweeteners or ingredients. Our only product that contains nuts is our Dark Chocolate Raspberry Almond Sea Salt bark. 

What is your shipping policy?

  • Our custom orders have a 2 week processing time, and then will ship on whatever shipping method you select at checkout
  • Our non-custom orders will ship within 3 days of purchasing, and again will deliver based on the shipping method you select at checkout

Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately right now we are only shipping within the US. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and any other payment methods Shopify accepts. See options at checkout.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at orders@sirensnacks.com and they will be able to help you with your options. 

Are your chocolates made fresh?

Yes! All of our orders are made to order, so we can guarantee that your chocolate will arrive fresh!

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our current shelf life for our chocolates is 10 months when stored properly. We recommend storing our chocolates in a cool, dry place between 65-70°F. Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

Can I view nutritional information for your products?
